Camping is a challenging but rewarding experience that will test your stamina, determination, cooperation, and sense of fun.

📅 Dates: Monday 13 July – Friday 17 July 2026
🕗 Arrival: Students should arrive at AHS at 8:45am on Monday morning.
📦 Kit: Drop off in Rooms 8 and 9.
🛒 Food shopping: Students will walk with staff to Tesco to purchase food for the week.
🚌 Departure: Bus leaves school at approximately 12:00 noon.
🕒 Return: Friday at approximately 2:45pm.

During the week you will:

• Plan and cook your own meals on camp stoves

• Set up tents and organise the campsite

• Take part in group activities and teamwork challenges

• Enjoy games and relaxation time on site

⚠️ Important: Students are not permitted to go into the sea at any time.

🌅 Evenings: Most nights will include rounders on the beach, watching the sunset, and spotting playful seals—a chance to unwind, have fun, and make unforgettable memories with friends.
