Advantage Rugby Academy Currently in Norfolk, the only additional midweek training is for those club and school players who are selected for Leicester’s Junior Academy at U15. A large majority of players who are selected for the academy, are often from an independent school. The players who miss out on selection, have the ability to excel, however are often at a disadvantage due to the lack of coaching time they receive. We are really excited to be able to offer the opportunity for midweek coaching for players who receive limited training at their schools, empowering them with the skills and tactical awareness needed to excel in the game of rugby. Here at Advantage Rugby Academy, we are dedicated to providing a high-quality training program that focuses on mastering fundamental core skills. Our experienced coaches and specialised curriculum aim to develop players to levels where they can confidently influence the play. Advantage Rugby Academy will support players in their development by providing extra opportunities for players to develop out of their own club and school programmes. We are really excited to have the support of Leicester Tigers and the aim of Advantage Rugby Academy is to prepare players for Leicester Tigers Junior Academy selection. . What we offer:
