Do you dream of all things Chocolate? Would you like to spend a week thinking about, making and, of course, tasting chocolate of many different varieties? If you answered “Yes” to these questions, then this week could be for you! We will learn about the history of chocolate and how it’s made, and make a number of different chocolate creations! From Monday to Thursday you will work in school, learning some techniques and having plenty of opportunity to try them out. You will, of course, be able to take lots of goodies home with you … if you can make them last that long!! On Friday, we will be going for our own chocolate lovers afternoon tea at Barnham Broom Hotel. Chocolatiers of all levels, or none, are welcome on this week!
