Option choices reminder
Today is the deadline for option choices to be submitted via SIMS Options. As we have around 100 students yet to complete their option choices, we are going to leave SIMS Options open for the half-term break until the extended deadline of Monday 20th February at 5pm. Any students who have not selected their options after the system is closed will be called down to the STAR office to select their options during the first week back after half-term.
Please see the email sent to year 8, 9 and 10 families today for further reminders about option choices.
The extended deadline for selecting options is Monday 20th February at 5pm, after which time SIMS Options will be closed and no further changes online will be possible.

- Y10 parents’ evening Tuesday 21 February 2023 and Wednesday 22 February 2023
- Y9 parents’ evening Wednesday 1 March 2023 and Thursday 2 March 2023
- Y7 parents’ evening Wednesday 15 March 2023 and Thursday 16 March 2023
The year 7 parents’ evening letter will be sent out on Monday 20th February. The booking window will open on Friday 24th February at 4pm for the first 5 appointments.
Please ensure that you book your appointments via SchoolCloud for the parents’ evenings. Details of when SchoolCloud booking windows open and close can be found on the parents’ evening page on the school website.
Reports reminder
The following school reports have been shared recently via SIMS Parent:
- Year 7 autumn report updated to include the rotation 3 report
- Year 8 autumn report updated to include the rotation 3 report
- Year 11 spring report
Please ensure that you read your child’s report on SIMS Parent and then complete the parent/carer reply form which has been shared with you via ParentMail in the email to let you know that the reports are available.

Uniform Shop - Leopard Boutique
Leopard Boutique is closed for a break from Monday 6th February to Sunday 12th February. Therefore, uniform will not be able to be purchased during this period.
