Leave of absence request
Please could we remind parents that if they wish to take their child out of school during term time, please could we ask that you complete a leave of absence form. They can be found here /ahsattendance
Reporting your child absent
Please could we remind parents that you do need to provide a detailed reason why your child is absent from school, unfortunately we are unable to accept the reason as 'poorly' or 'not coming in' therefore, if this is the reason reported you may get a truancy call for your child. Also, your child's absence has to be reported daily for the duration of their absence.
