Student timetables for the new timetable

New timetables will be handed out next week to students in current years 7-10. If your child is absent from school this will be posted home.

Important notes about the new timetable:

• The new timetable starts on 19 June 2023 which will be a week 1.
• The timetables for the new years 8 and 9 (students currently in years 7 and 8) may change for September due to some staffing changes. If your child’s timetable is changing, they will be given a new timetable the week before activities week.
• When we return after the summer holiday on Wednesday 6th September this will be a week 1.
• We will remind students to take a photo of their new timetable on their phone.
• The new timetables can also be accessed on SIMS Parent and SIMS Student under the timetable section. Please note, our data and intervention team are still working on finalising the timetables and therefore until students receive the printed copy their timetable showing on SIMS Parent and SIMS Student could change.
• Please can we also remind students to check their new timetable to see which days they need to bring their PE kit into school.
